To commemorate Dragon Ball's 40th anniversary, we're holding the first ever worldwide character popularity poll. This is an elimination-style poll, separated into four stages over the course of one month. Out of 212 characters, we're leaving it to Dragon Ball fans to decide who deserves the number-one spot!
